1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products/services from GausMaker (trading as Esvendor E&G Partnership). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. 3D Printing Service Nature

Please be aware that 3D printed parts (FDM technology) are created layer by layer. As such:

• Minor visible layer lines and surface imperfections are normal characteristics of the process.
• While we strive for high precision, tolerances may vary by +/- 0.2mm unless otherwise specified.
• Materials like PLA are not suitable for high-temperature environments (above 50°C) unless otherwise stated.

3. Use of Products

• Prototypes: Custom prototypes are intended for design verification and may not be suitable for final end-use without testing.
• Food Safety: Items labeled as “Food Safe” (e.g., Cheese Press parts) are made with food-grade PETG. However, due to the layered nature of 3D printing, we recommend thorough cleaning to prevent bacteria buildup. GausMaker is not liable for improper hygiene maintenance.

4. Liability

GausMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
