Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GausMaker experience. As a UK-based business, our returns policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard, non-customised items.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Custom 3D Prints: Items made to your specific 3D files, dimensions, or custom specifications.
  • Personalised Items: Products with custom engravings or colour choices requested specially by the customer.
  • Digital Downloads: STL files or digital assets once downloaded.

3. How to Return a Standard Item

To return a standard stock item (e.g., Cheese Press Kit):

  1. Contact us at ghub@gausmaker.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
